Lease

Rent includes, as follows:

• Maintenance,
• Daily cleaning of common areas,
• Access security mode
• 24 Hours security of the building
• Underwriting correspondence services
• Utilities (including electricity)
• Morning cleaning of offices, including consumables

Terms of the Lease:

• Lease Period: 364 days minimum; long-term contract is possible.
• Security deposit: Equal to the 3-month lease payments withheld by “Yan-Ron” Company within the lease period and shall be surrendered to Lessee within 3 banking days after the return of leased premises by the Deed of Transfer and provided the proper performance by Tenant in accordance to obligations under the Lease Agreement.
• Terms of Payment: The rent to be paid by Tenant no later than 5 days before the next billing period.
• Layout: Possible redevelopment of the proposed office blocks on request. Office premises shall be partially furnished and unfurnished.
• Legislation: The Lease Agreement will be governed by the Law of Russian Federation.
